Pressure Vessel Design
Expert pressure vessel design services to ensure safety and reliability for pressure containment. Our available design codes include ASME BPVC VIII and EN 13445.
3D Models & 2D Draughting
Creation of 3D models as step files, alongside with detailed GD&T drawings, including Machining, Welding Detail and/or General Arrangement. Models can be of existing parts or new designs.
Fitness-For-Service
We perform Fitness-For-Service assessments using API 579-1 level 1 and 2 for parts 4 (general metal loss), 5 (particular metal loss) and 6 (assessment of Pitting Corrosion).
Training
We provide training on basics about ASME BPVC VIII and how to design bolted connections for pressure vessels with hands on practice. Other general training is available on request.
General Consultancy
