PORTFOLIO
Separator Design
Separators are designed to efficiently remove sand, pipe scale and other abrasive particles from various API plans.
The capacity is 10l (2.65 US gal) at a maximum operating pressure 20 bar (290 PSI) and maximum allowable temperature of 200ºC (392ºF).
This vessel is designed as per DIN EN 13445, made of austenitic stainless steel and has different flanges for various pressure ratings, as per DIN EN 1092-1. It also includes brackets welded at both sides to provide support in vertical position.
API Plan 52/53A Reservoir
This project covers the full design of a reservoir designed to sustain unpressurized Plan 52 and pressurized Plan 53A operations.
Designed to meet the needs of the general industry, such as food, chemical, or waste water applications.
Made of stainless steel, with an operating pressure of 35.5 bar (515 psi), at a maximum temperature of 205ºC (400ºF), and a volume of 19l (5 US gal).
Pressure Tank Design
This project covers the full design of a pressure tank for water storage with a capacity for 30,000l (7,925 US gal), and an operating pressure of 10 bar (150 psi).
The design has been completed according to the international standard ASME BPVC VIII Div 1, including welded joints as per figure UW-3 and table UW-12.
This design combines different geometries such as elliptical heads, straight shells, and conical shells. It has multiple inlets and outlets with different angles and flanges that can be connected to a variety of systems.
General Engineering Support
We offer personalized solutions for engineering challenges in pressure vessel design, including Fitness for Service and API 579 (metal loss and corrosion).
We also provide other services, like instrumentation design, CAD services for existing parts, and training or coaching for engineers.
